The Beeches Hotel is looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team.

As a receptionist, you will be ensuring every guest has a great experience from the moment they arrive at the hotel to when they leave.

Your duties will include:

· Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings

· Allocating guests their rooms and taking payments

· Answering phone calls from prospective customers and guests

· Taking bookings and completing the booking process using our PMS system

· Taking enquiries for parties, funeral gatherings and meetings and completing the booking process

· Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying and invoicing

· Responding to requests for help and information

· Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments

· Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits

· Able to work with discretion and sensitivity

· The ability to maintain professional standards under pressure

· Excellent administration and organisational skills

· Strong IT skills and knowledge of booking systems and software would be an advantage, but not essential

Varying Shift pattern of mornings from 7am-3pm and evenings from 3pm-11pm. Weekends and Weekdays.

Experience in a similar role is desired but training may be given to suitable candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
