Part-Time Night Porter

The Beeches Hotel is seeking a reliable and experienced Night Porter to join our team. This is a lone-working night shift role, requiring someone who is confident working independently while ensuring the safety and security of up to 80 residents overnight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the security of the building and guests throughout the night.
• Providing excellent customer service to evening arrivals and early risers.
• Setting up the restaurant for breakfast.
• Serving drinks at the bar.
• Cleaning public areas.
• Handling telephone enquiries.
• Following all health, safety, and fire procedures.
• Opening and closing the gym & leisure centre.

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (essential).
✅ Previous experience working night shifts (preferred).
✅ Comfortable with lone working and taking responsibility for guest safety.
✅ A professional, reliable, and proactive approach.

Shift Details:

• Night shifts: 23:00 – 07:30.
• 2 – 3 shifts per week (16 – 24 hours, depending on availability).
